Nice and pleasant stay, staffs are very helpful. Watchman’s and luggage helpers were very kind and patient. Always I prefer DSF whenever I come to tuticorin. Clean and neat rooms, 24/7 gym facility available with ac towel am water bottles

Had nice experience with DSF Grand Plaza. Have some money above 1000 to fulfill your desires. The prices are really high for the poor to buy. However, they have nice ambience especially in ice cream parlour. Really I love it. Go for it once.

Pleasant stay but for the bath towels!

Room was spacious and clean; bed was firm with soft pillows. South Indian Breakfast at Kanni restaurant was excellent, and staff were very courteous. For the attention of the housekeeping staff: the towels provided in the bathroom were not good; they looked dirty and a little stinky. The replacement towels provided upon request were also very much the same. We didn’t use the towels; had to use our own hand towels for wiping out. This needs to be seriously attended to by the hotel management.

Decent condiments. I feel like 4 k is over priced for 3 folks,bar service is very pricy . I would give 2 out of 10 for restroom and room cleanliness .room was Ok ok. For sure I won’t stay here again!

Not happy. Regularly visiting the hotel for past 3 to 4 months on official visits. Never asked for advance any time. This time I have come with our business customer.the way they demanded advance is not good.if only customer is there , then how ?
